ATTENDANCE
We enjoy time with your students and love to see them everyday. However, if there is a need for your student to be absent, please keep in that students are expected to attend at least three days a week. If your student has an excused absence, please let an ASP staff know.
If you will be picking up your student early, please sign them out in the Early Release Binder in the Expanded Learning Room. If you need to pick up your student early more than 5 days in a row, please speak with the Program Director or Assistant Directors to complete the proper paperwork to excuse your student.
The safety of your student is important to us. Therefore, if you permit your student to leave school with a friend or someone not on the approved list of adults who pick up, please notify ASP in advance. Please write a note or send an email indicating the specific day(s) and time(s) and provide it to Mrs. Flandra in the Expanded Learning Room.
The program ends at 6pm daily. Please make the appropriate arrangements to ensure students are picked up in a timely manner. No ASP student should be on campus after 6pm. Thank you.

TUITION
Fees allow programs to serve additional students and/or offer more variety of programming than can be provided with state grant funds alone. Aspire endeavors to maintain fees that are low relative to the cost of private child care and other afterschool activities. In no case should fees be a barrier to participation for students who are otherwise qualified to enroll. Scholarships are therefore available for each and every family facing economic hardship. Scholarship Application Forms are simple to complete and are available from the Program Director/ Assistant Directors.
All tuition payments are due on the 5th of every month. ASP will attempt to send invoices to our ASP families by the 25th of every month. ASP families are always welcome to request a copy of his/ her student’s tuition invoice from Mrs. Flandra via email, in person, or through phone. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.
Tuition payment methods include cash or check.
